That one and some others have now prodded LucasArts to find some help on the outside in the form of developer Raven for their upcoming Jedi Knight II and for the moment more importantly, Ensemble Studios with their new RTS Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. When you see games like Force Commander come out of LucasArts, you start to doubt, you know? In fact, everyone really started to doubt. Of course, the problem with the license is also the trap of putting out tons of games based on the series of movies without really caring about the quality of the titles as long as the money keeps rolling in. Not only can games be made directly from the movies, but there is such a rich background and history to the fiction that you could stray away from the norm without too much problem. We've said it before and we'll say it again, Star Wars is and will probably remain one of the strongest licenses around.
